My Energy Art series was made as the COVID 19 Pandemic swept across the United States and engaged all of us in its dark threat of extinction. They are a depiction of energy using color, form, and composition to create art that deeply resonate with feeling, works that pulsate with a mysterious force, whether it is a force beyond us or part of our own elemental humanity.
The series has 14 paintings on Stonehenge Paper; 22 x 30; image size 18 x 26: Mixed Media. Some in the series are for sale, and do not have to be maintained in series.
NRG #1, 2 & 3 are framed NRG #1, was shown at a three person show, Transformative Visions at UMVA Gallery, at the Media Center, Portland, Maine, during the month of May 2023. Priced at $1500. Image 2 and # were shown at the OAA Member’s Show: Spring-early summer; at the Barn Gallery, Oguquit, Maine 2023. The paintings, #1, 2, and 3 are not for sale any longer, as they are gifted (2023) by the artist Salazar to Dr. Jill Forrester (maiden name) of Maine.
